Matzikama Shiraz 2001

Made at the foot of the Maskam mountain, this wine is 100% organic, with the vines fed on a diet of compost tea (whatever that is!) before the grapes are hand-crushed and fermented with natural yeasts. The result is a wine chock-full of guts and glory with distinctive flavours of smoky, gamey black fruits. Delicious.
